If you speak with him again, tell Art there are even more people out there concerned about him! We took my brother and his family to BCV this summer, and one of the special things the kids remember, is Art. Please give him our best.

Thanks for the update, Brenda. I'm sorry to hear Art is still recovering -- was hoping he'd be all better by now. He's in our prayers. The most important thing is that he is fully recovered before he goes back to work.

I read somewhere else on the boards that Art was sick with pneumonia. I am so glad to hear that he is recovering and will be back "home" soon. We always enjoy seeing him on our way in to Cape May for breakfast. We did some pintrading with him on our last trip. We will be staying at BCV (Art's House ) for our upcoming trip at the end of May.

Continued prayers and pixie dust going out to Art and family.

I have a suggestion, Brenda. Anyone wanting to send Art a card could send it to BC. Do you think that would be a good idea? It would just reinforce to everyone there how much Art is loved and missed.

Hello Everyone!

I spoke with Art this evening - He wished everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

He is starting to feel better - but it still looks like he won't be back "greeting" until 1/7/08.

He thanks everyone for their prayers and well wishes for a speedy recovery. He says he does miss not being there for the holidays "Greeting" .

He said if you would like to send him a get well card - please send it to the Beach Club, the staff has been great about dropping cards off to him.

He might be back on Tuesday - depends on his Dr's Appointment on Monday. If I do speak to him I will let him know.

He has his way with making the kids . And he loves to trade pins with the kids. As a kid I use to go to the BC and see Art and say one day I will stay at BC. Now we own at BCV and see Art on all our trips.

He asked me to say "Thank you" to everyone who has sent him a get well card, the prayers for him to get better. He can still use some positive thoughts and prayers. '
