Army Wives on Lifetime ?

I went back and watched the commercial in slowwwwwwwww mooooootion!

They show the women all lined up in chairs, denise is crying hte most, Claudia Joy is sitting next to someone is a uniform (can't see his face, just an arm and pants) then they show the 'lap' pf the army wife with the flag on her lap, holding another womans hand.

I would think a story line is to kill off Chase, on his last mission before leaving the Army....quite the dramatic effect.

Also in thinking baout it...if it was Denise's son OR husband, the other would be sitting next to her, not her next to all the women. Then agian that could be said abotu any of the women and thier children........hmmmmmmmmm

Looksl ike next week will be the week we see which of the wives is affected by the bad news.....

My thought is either Pam...they have a lot going on in her line right now and a lot of foreshaddowing in tonights episode.

Or Denise's son, as they ahve worked the whole story line with her soon to be DIL and then the DIL looking at his picture.

Guess we will find out next week...unless they show it at the end of the episode to keep us guessing some more!

My guess is that it is Chase. Pamela chose to stay rather than go to Atlanta, she calls his cell phone and they showed him dropping it into the case as he is leaving on a mission. She said call me as soon as you get this....it was the perfect ending to their story so to speak. 2nd choice would be Denise's son, but I think that really doesn't have too much to go on. The new DIL would most likely leave as she has no ties to the family and that would be it.

I also think it is Chase. Pamela won't get to tell him how she feels. Denise's son and new dil will open up a new story line, Claudia Joy has an obvious admirer and Michael has the possibility of West Point; Roxie and Trevor are having family problems and the ex-boyfriend is back in the picture; Joan can't handle her new job. However, Jeremy Davidson gave a recent interview and said there is more Chase on the horizon, but he didn't say how much more. Guess we'll just have to wait until next week.

Unlikely that it is Chase-previews last night showed the notification team arriving at on post housing-Denise and Claudia Joy sitting outside together. That removes Pamela from the scenario since she no longer lives on post. My money is on Trevor since he and Roxie had a falling out over TJs behavior but Frank or Jeremy are also good Candidates. Its possible that its Michael-but it seems most likely to be Trevor or Jeremy.

Does anyone think something is going to happen with a story line about Michael's possible West Point assignment? Twice he mentioned that it was a secret (he used a different word) and Claudia Joy also said the same thing to her new boss.

I really think that it has to be Jeremy. When I stopped the preview on the funeral, the sitting arrangement seems to be TJ, Roxy, Pamela, Emmelyn (sp), and then Claudia Joy. If it were Chase, the kids would have to be there beside Pamela. I think that Denise is holding the flag. I think that she is sitting in between Claudia Joy and Frank. Also, Emmelyn is really crying in the preview. I don't think that she has a big connection with either Chase or Trevor, but she is really good friends with Jeremy. Also, only TJ is there and not Finn, so I don't think it could be Trevor.

Watch the preview,http://www.cinemablend.com/television/Army-Wives-Season-5-Preview-30225.html and pause on the women at the funeral. It is right about second 22/23. That is why I am guessing Jeremy. Of course, writers like to try to trick us, so I could very well be wrong. LOL

I watched that preview and I don't think it's Michael.

Claudia Joy is wearing her diabetic racelet when they show her holding hands with Denise when the notification team shows up. You can see the bracelet on her hand when they show her reaching to hold the hand of whichever "wife" has the flag.

The clothes don't match up for it to be Trevor. Roxy has a lacy type dress over her chest, in the same scene I'm talking about above where they show the wife with the flag you don't see lace- just the black dress and some skin at the top.

After watching last night I think that it may be Jeremy. Considering the bridal shower was a big part of the episode it would be a real foil to the happiness and celebration that just took place.

Someone pointed out on a spoiler thread I was reading that the notification team was a Major (I'm taking their word for it) so it has to be someone with a rank below Major. I'm not sure what Chase is, but obviously it's not Frank or Michael as they're over a Major's rank.

Someone else also said that the pallbearers were enlisted. Enlisted men would only carry an enlisted, so goes back that it would be Jeremy, Chase or Trevor.

Plus, in the clip above where they show the woman with the flag there is a man sitting next to her. I think it's Denise with the flag and Frank is next to her.

I was pretty mad last night when they cut it off like that, leaving us hanging! I've only been watching since last season, but I'm kind of addicted.. I just wish they would've have pulled that! I guess it's a good way to get all of us to keep watching next episode, but still!

I was so angry last night when they ended it before telling us who it is. I sooooo knew that was going to happen.

I too think it is Jeremy. Especially because in the preview you can hear Frank's voice calling out for the guns to fire and he would not be home unless something big happened.

Argh ... Last night was horrible. They left us hanging excatly like last week. Awful.

I think it's clear that it's Jeremy. This whole episode was focused on Tanya and Jeremy. They also didn't show Tanya in the preview at the shower, when the wives are holding hands. Also the story line with Claudia Joy and the lawyer, how they both lost kids so Denise would fit in there, perhaps a support group?

I LOVE this show. It's my one TV pleasure of all my own!

I still think it is Chase. The preview shows Pamela in the middle of the women at the funeral. Not sure where her kids are but we are only seeing a quick snapshot. Pamela has a new show, they ended it like another poster said that she left Chase a message on his cell. It would be just like those evil writers to do something like that. They kind of worked up to it where they gave her a semi love interest with her partner and then she said she couldn't be with him or take that job in Atlanta because she is still in love with Chase. But, she does take the job in Atlanta or they wouldn't have a spin off...

I know I will be watching next week...
