Water sports activities on CC

Hello! I’m not sure I want to commit to something like paddle boarding or the chili bike before cruising. Are these something I can rent day of if available? Thank you!

I would think the jet skis, parasailing, banana boat ride. Etc. Those do tend to get canceled quite a bit which we found out Labor Day weekend due to wind.
Also the activities you listed generally have so much availability that you don’t need to make an advance reservation for them
