It's a little awkward not knowing anyone hardly, but everyone is really nice, and they seem to want to encourage women to join (since there are hardly any here). We did see one or two women couples who showed up for today.

We have been in the pool before so we shall be again soon. I can't swim for 7-10 days anyways bcz of my eyes. It is blue now tho so at least we can drink poolside and enjoy the scenery.

Ummm as far as other issues... Electrical were the main ones. Our kitchen faucet is SLOW but the sprayer is fast so not sure what is up with that.

And some mowing and hanging shelves is about it. The hot water connection to the washer leaks slightly but I have been dealing with only turning it on during laundry time.
Going to try plumber's tape tho...

My coworker and her husband came over and fixed all of our electrical woes! Woot! 4 issues fixed!

And the pool guy showed up finally. The pool is not swim able for a few days but at least it's blue

I'm glad to hear you got it worked out. Yeah, keeping those pools blue is a pain sometimes. My Mom has gone through a few pool companies trying to find the right person to come at the right time to keep it correct.

Oh no!!!!!! That's not good. How bad is the flooding?

Good morning! I did my first 2.35 mile trail run race today. 3 wicked steep up hill parts on the race course. Ran up 3 but the third was too much. Came in at my slowest time ever and was 728 out of 858 runners. But I did it!

Um it's just the 2 bathroom floors. Tub/shower/toilets backed up a but but didn't overflow so no idea where the water came from. Might be a clog somewhere

Try pouring boiling hot water down them as it will sometimes clear out a clog.

It's weird tho bcz nothing is overflowing so I have no idea where the water is coming from. Went to use the bathroom and it happened again and I slid and almost fell. Ugh

And since we don't see it it all went onto the bedroom carpet

I don't think so. The other bath it's not wet around the toilet at all.

Yeah or a pipe is loose somewhere where the drain goes. Because the bathrooms are nowhere near the washer. Oh and the washer is going into the utility sink (the regular drain leaks so I just put it in the sink)

Well got ahold of the warranty company and a plumber is calling me tomorrow to set up an appointment. The ac one went well so here's hoping...
