Are Disney store outlets doing opening ceremonies with keys right now?

I'll be going to a mall that happens to have a Disney store outlet next week right around the opening time.
Does anybody know if outlet stores do the opening ceremony and if they are still handing out keys in light of COVID?

What did the outlet store say when you called them to ask?

They never have, but I heard we shipped our big key to an outlet store (we closed in March). Why did we do that? No idea.
