Are all your disneyshopping orders stuck in New Berlin, Wisc too?

Ok where is New Berlin, WI they have been holding all my disneyshopping orders since 11/21 with estimated delivery of 11/27 umm didn't make it yet maybe tomorrow. Are your's stuck there too? Have I mentioned how much I dislike the Fedex Smartpost that disney is using now? I used to get orders within a week now it it taking 3 weeks UGH!!!!

yes mine spend countless days there as well. I always figured it was because I was in MN. One time I actually looked up where it was because I had been waiting for a package for so long (it was in New Berlin for 5 days )

I have had nothing but problems the last 4 times something I ordered was shipped fed ex.......i am fed up with them. I had a promised delivery of something on one day and I got the package 4 days after that.

Mine is stuck in Martinsburg, WV. Its a couple of hours from my house, so come on - I could have driven there and back in half a day.

Mine are always stuck in Charlotte, NC after leaving Jonesville, SC. It irritates me that the pack the stuff here in SC, send it to NC where it sits, and then send it BACK to me in SC whenever the mood strikes them.

I don't know where mine go, but I just received my last order today. Honestly, I don't remember exactly when I ordered, but I think it was 2 weeks ago. I expected it to be arriving right about now.

New Berlin is a sub-burb of Milwaukee. If you are in Milwaukee and cross under Interstate Highway I94, "tada:" you are in New Berlin.

I ordered shoes from East Bay, which is in Wausau WI. My shoes got shipped out of the wharehouse in 24 hours and sat in the UPS wharehouse for 6 days in New Berlin. It's what you pay for, or not pay for if you get free shipping.

I order from Reliable Office Products, and they have my order at my office in 1 day, thru UPS, so it is all about what is "priority people", "priority"

From the other posts about Disney Shopping as of late, I would guess they are either breaking all of your items or changing sizes to ensure that you all receive the wrong size.

I just looked up my order from 11/21. It says it left New berlin on 11/28. We will see if I get it today or tomorrow. Somehow I think NOT!

My order is not disneyshopping, but rather my ipod shuffle. Sometimes I think it is fun to see where they go. As of right now mine started in China, then Hong Kong, then on to Anchorage, then Indianapolis. It says its final destination is Austin, funny since I live in Oklahoma City...


Most likely it is part of a bigger shipment to be broken down but it is supposed to be here by Monday the 4th, so we'll see

I ordered Friday & was excited to see the 2 shipping notices Sunday. However, one's been sitting in WV too and the one thing I really wanted doesn't show any info other than it was notified to be picked up. Both shipments were supposed to be picked up from SC so I'm afraid one is going to end up missing. Ugh.

My order that was stuck in New Berlin arrived today, the date it said it would!

I can see how stuff would get broken. The packing department doesn't take much care. My items arrived in a box 10 times too big with not much packing. If they had been fragile, they could have broke.

whoohoo it's not in New Berlin anymore since it's sitting in my house, however the tracking still shows New Berlin, so much for USPS tracking (and luckily they didn't break anything or switch my items with other boxes, or send me the wrong sizes) It's a MIRACLE I tell you!
