Yep, totally get it. Just wanted to make sure my reply wasn't taken as being critical especially since a disclaimer was given

I only put the disclaimer since I know thats where most jump to first is time value of money. I dont care to get into that. There are so many variables at play. So I just share my numbers based off today and today only. Then someone can do their own internal digging to figure out if spending less up front is what is most beneficial for them. Not everyone invests wisely, not everyone invests.
