I did 20 minutes of biking, 20 min of JM video, and 22 min of Wii Fit and Wii boxing. I am at

did 100 minutes today which I shold be happy about, but for some reason it kind of felt like I did nothing...not that it I took it easy or anything was still at lvl 14 on the eliptical and doing sprints on the treadmill...but...not sure how to say it but it just felt like I had no energy/intensity to it and didnt feel like I really worked out :rolleyes: must be going crazy

Hello Everyone!

I ran/walked around muddy wet soccer fields on Tuesday. At least it kept me somewhat warm!

Love the spinning bike! Warming up to an every other day stress relieving spin!

I'm up to 910/1800 for April.

The good news is that I am pretty close to my target minutes. The bad news is that I have been very inconsistent for the past week. It's been the do too much one day then nothing for the next couple of days. I do much better when I exercise on a more consistent basis, so my goal for the next week is to get back on track with that.

MonkeyPants, I know exactly what you mean about feeling like a workout lacks intensity when you know you're doing what you are supposed to be doing. Happens to me sometines too. I try to use that as motivation to kick my pace up just a bit. Sometimes that works for me, but even if it doesn't, I can tell by my times or whatever that I am on target for what I am trying to do. Glad it's not just me that feels that way.
 
Does shoveling about 4 inches of wet, heavy snow count as exercise??? Warm Spring weather where are you????

I got up early to get in a full hour before we headed out for a family birthday party. Then DH double checked the "e-vite" and discovered that the party isn't until tomorrow! So now I have my workout done and a whole free day ahead of me! I am at.....

That's so funny! Same thing happened to me. E-vite says family birhtday party isn't until Sunday! lol
now I get a day off woo hoo lol
