MonkeyPants, I know exactly what you mean about feeling like a workout lacks intensity when you know you're doing what you are supposed to be doing. Happens to me sometines too. I try to use that as motivation to kick my pace up just a bit. Sometimes that works for me, but even if it doesn't, I can tell by my times or whatever that I am on target for what I am trying to do. Glad it's not just me that feels that way.
I got up early to get in a full hour before we headed out for a family birthday party. Then DH double checked the "e-vite" and discovered that the party isn't until tomorrow! So now I have my workout done and a whole free day ahead of me! I am at.....
