Why do you make everything so difficult?![]()
We have declared my DD allergies in all 8 Disney Cruises and I their attention is amazing, I have never seen something like it in my life, other than Disney Cruise. We had Simone 2x before he was promoted to running the show in the dinning rooms and when ever we come across, he always remembers and lets the servers know about it.
So go ahead and DECLARE yourself, the attention and love you will receive is fantastic!

Doubt it. Unless you are delayed. We fly out later. To LAX.
We are on Southwest this time. Bags fly free and all that.![]()
Ooooppsss, oh how you already know me, Jan.I am going to read them now
We are going to be spending 2 nights at the Doubletree and plan to visit a restaurant my daughter saw online a few years ago and we have always had on our "to do" list. It is called Kings Hawaiian Restaurant owned by the company that makes Kings Hawaiian breads. The menu is really intriguing and I think it is just the things to set the mood for the cruiseit is 10 miles from hotel, but we have our car. I wonder if the hotel shuttle would go there?? My biggest debate is breakfast, lunch or dinner
maybe 2 out of 3 if good??
Here is a link if anyone wants to check it out:

just looked at bakery menu....new countdown for me ...8 days until we can eat there!!!
King's Hawaiian is AWESOME!! I love their french toast made with their signature sweet bread and coconut syrup. Their Kahlua pork for lunch or dinner is also great, but my vote would be for breakfast. Their bakery is mouthwatering. My favorites are the paradise cake and the fruit tarts. I think going there before the cruise is such a great idea!!!I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
Other good hawaiian style restaurants are L&L Hawaiian BBQ and then there's also Back Home in Lahaina also known as The Loft depending on which city you are in. All really good and will give you that taste of Hawaii if you are wanting to start the vacation early.
Also found out the grocery VONS will deliver to the resort. I signed up and the first delivery will be free. I looked at the available delivery times left and we wouldn't be at the resort. Called VGC they will keep the stuff until we return but will not accept any alcohol in the delivery. Darn!! There was a pretty good selection online. Minimum delivery is $49-so I may use them to deliver the day we arrive, before we get to the resort, so that we can have some food and water and such.
We attempted to do an order last night, but discovered when we eventually got to paying that they required the credit card used to be linked to a US zip code. As all our cards are UK based, we had to abandon our trolley in mid-isle![]()
The ABC is practically next door to where i'm staying - I'll check it out and text you - what are you looking for?
GOOD Morning, Happy Cruisers!
By next week this time, we'll be in California!!!!
Happy day, all!
Missing something here - OK - I googled. Yes, we are in Oahu on Sunday. Days --am i reading this correctly - the polynesian centre is closed while we are in port!!!!!!!!!! Oh no!
To everyone flying in, I have beat you all, I am already here. Oh wait, not fair, I live here. Well only 4 more days of work to go. Sat, Sun, Mon, and Tues. if anyone is using Southwest on Sun, Mon, or Tues and arriving after 4 PM at LAX, find me and say hi.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Now I have to go buy some Iron Man PJ's!!!!!
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
We wanted to get some Banfi, but also if I can find the Enchanted Rose I discovered on the ship as well would be fantastic. It's a sparkling wine as well-a rose.Real name is Abbazia Malvasia Rose. I can't find it back home. Tried to order online from a couple of places, but can't ship to Florida. The places are based in California, so hoping to be able to find it out there. I will get that as my platinum gift and have you try it as well.![]()
