Son is there right now and the wait time for Elsa and Anna at 10 AM is 270 minutes...

Has MK done anything to lower the wait time? I know it was 7 hours at Epcot, but doesn't a bigger venue (fairytale princess hall) just allow more people to stand in line at a time? How does it make it faster? And doesn't FP make it longer, with people being able to just walk in front of you and see them before you do?

Yes. There are two sets of A&E now.

Oh wow. I thought they didn't do that in case the "magic" was ruined, possibly seeing two different A&E's.
There are two separate rooms for A&E, so you don't see both sets of girls in the same visit. Mickey in Town Square and Ariel are two other M&G's that have multiple rooms for meeting the characters.

If someone waits 8 total hours in one day to see both sets, I think the magic is already ruined.
