Anyone Worried About Trop Storm Irene??

I just read that Irene has been upgraded again to a tropical storm with the potential to become a hurricaine by next week. From what I understand it doesn't look right now that it would affect fla, it if did, but it could cause travel problems from the Carolina's up to the Northeast if it is to hit the us as a hurricaine. I am in CT. I just hope it stays away, Could cause problems with flights though. I am leaving out of NY on Friday the 18 at 6:00am, I will watch this closely, if I have to I will try to leave earlier, rather be at Disney . Lets all keep are fingers crossed!!

Latest is that it's expected to stay off the coast and curve away from the mid-atlantic. It's not expected to hit land.

I'm worried! It is heading straight to Maryland. Florida isn't even in it's radar. I just hope hurricane season passes quickly!

Hopefully it will drift out to sea and not come inland.
