I have called Disney multiple times....yesterday to cancel a reservation and now this morning to rent a patio at blizzard beach each time I am on hold for 20 minutes. I eventually just give up and hang up. Does anyone eventually get a hold of someone? i have waited 20 minutes about 4 time between the past two days. Anyone know how I can get in contact with someone on the phone?

A. Yes.
B. Waits on hold can be between 5 min. and 90 min. or more.
All depends on your timing.
It's not surprising that if you always hang up after 20 min. that you are not getting through.

Current reports seem to indicate that the average wait time on the phone is 60-90 minutes. That is just an average and your wait may vary. Some people have had good luck calling first thing in the morning, say 5 or 6AM eastern. It would be nice if Disney offered a call back option, but unfortunately, they do not.

Yes been able to get through but waited almost an hours last Friday at around 12:30 pm eastern time. Other times I waited over 90 minutes when trying first thing in the morning and gave up.

I have called multiple times around 7am central time and gotten straight through. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes

I've had better luck calling on Sunday evenings around 8pm, but whenever I call I expect to be on hold for at least 45 mins. I would never give up after 20.
