Right now I'm boiling 4 large potatoes to make MP's for me and the twins. I will have about one cup, the rest go to them. To the girls MP's are a gift from the gods. They can eat mounds of (think Richard Dreyfus in Close Encounters). In case you were wondering, neither of them weigh more than 100 lbs soaking wet.

I absolutely LOVE mashed potatoes!!!
I could eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
My youngest DS loves them, too. In fact, I have some potatoes boiling for him right now!

Just made a big old pot of mashed potatoes tonight to go with the ham I baked, peas, applesauce, and breadsticks.

I loved them when I was a kid! Sometimes that's all I would eat. Then I'd have to sit at the table for hours because I grew up in a family where you had to eat everything on your plate before you could leaved the table.
