Am I correct that this is a thread for people doing Weight Watchers on their own at home? I am thinking of trying this as I have all the materials. I would love to hear your thoughts on the pros and cons and if you feel you have been as successful on your own as with the program. I'd just like to save the 30 a month or so it is if I can. I wouldn't probably have time for a meeting anyway and the online seems good for looking up things or the message board but the DIs has this. So thanks in advance for any input!
It seems like we are all hitting tough times but if we keep up the support for each other we will work this weight off
You too- I'm here for ya! Here we go into the weekend- weekends are the hardest for me-
pixie dust for strength for ALL OF US- to have an OP weekend!
As for me - maintaining. That's pretty much my goal right now. I'm very close to my goal weight, and I think as long as I can hold steady over the next few weeks I'll be doin' good!
However, I do have my "official" weigh-in done at the gym on a regular basis. I check in with one of the trainers, and she does my weight & looks at my food journal, and monthly she also does my body fat anyalsis & measurements
I need to have that accountability or else I find it way to easy to let things slide....
It's going to be a challenge to stay on program. Anyone have any suggestions? I won't be able to prepare much of my own food. I can bring some healthy snacks but for my meals I'll be eating out. I'm kind of worried about that!
.
. I can pass on desserts anyday but BOY do I like my meals!
