We have flown swoop before (low cost carrier but we have had 2 smooth experiences)..our flights in 2020 were cancelled due to covid and expire in April. My question is do I have to to just book before that date or book and actually use the credit before that date? Contacting them is near impossible..
Anyone have experience with Swoop credits?
