Got the go ahead from DH (after begging and pleading) to plan our next WDW vac in Feb and now since I have approval I keep feeling that maybe we shouldn't be spending the money. I have already started saving and I know we will have the money but feel like maybe I should be putting the extra into savings.

Help.....How can I get over this?????

If you know you will have enough money so you don't have to use the credit cards, and you don't have to deplete the savings you've got. Then I would think of the trip as an investment to your family.
It will give everyone some memories for the future, not even including the fun you'll have. :)

Yes I feel that way too sometimes. I think of all the money we've spent at Disney in the last three years and wow that is some chunk of change! Then I remember when I was pregnant with my first we had the opportunity to stay for free with someone who lived near Disney. DH didn't want to spend the money, we had just come off a month long cross country trip that summer. I begged and pleaded and we went, spent too much money, but had a great time. Now I think back 12 years ago, would I remember the 2K we saved (a huge amount of savings to us then) or the memories of that great trip with our friends when we were still kidless. Someday when you are old and feeble will you think - I wish I saved more money when the kids were little? Probably not! As long as you are being responsible, I say go and make some great family memories.
