Anyone else seeing a break at the pump?

OP here....Here in Wisconsin we are always 10-20 cents more than in Minnesota (I live right on the border). I assume its taxes :confused3 . And yes I will almost always buy gas over in MN. We're over there most of the time anyways.

Right now here in Hudson its 3.79 (well as of last night) but I found it in MN today for $3.61.

It is sad that we are excited for these "low" prices..But with a 27 gallon tank, I;ll take it. !!!

$4.15 here in the New York tri-state area... down from about $4.35 awhile ago. I wish that I was near New Jersey more often.

I work in NJ, fill up there!:thumbsup2

Just paid 3.69 (:woohoo: :scared: )!

FYI! Luckily, even with driving to Orlando from PA the first 2 weeks of July...only ONCE did I get a Gas Station with a price of more than $4.00. That was in Virginia. Other wise all my Gas stops were under $4!:wizard:

WOW....down to $3.50?? I thought I was doing well at $3.99 yesterday!!
I must have been on FUMES b/c it cost me $55 to fill my Accord.

So our grocery store (Stop and Shop) started a gas points program. For every dollar spent at S&S you earn 1 point towards gas. When you get to 50 points you receive 10¢ off the gas price.

I had 1000+ points and they were going to expire soon so what the heck, I tried it. I don't typically buy gas there so I wanted to see what I would save.

The gas price was 4.23, if you used your Stop and Shop Rewards card it was 4.18 when I used my points I paid 2.18!!!!!! I filled my Truck up for $36.50. Last week I paid $96 to fill up! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Considering I spent $250 + a week on groceries, man oh man I will be buying gas there more often!

Thought I share for any New Englanders out there that use Stop and Shop. They have a list on the website of all the S&S's that have gas stations.

I've got all these points adding up too from Stop and Shop, unfortunately the closest Stop and Shop gas station to me is about 45 minutes away!
