I am going in 3 weeks, th epark closes at 8, does anyone have suggestions what to do for the rest of the night? :)

A nice late dinner either in DTD or at one of the on site hotels?

Depending on the night of the week you are there, go and enjoy the outdoor entertainment offered at DTD.

Another vote for DTD. It's way better at night. Maybe just sit and eat some ice cream and people watch. Or you can go and watch a movie at the AMC. There's also the ESPN Zone with a fun arcade thing on the second floor. And of course there's the huge World of Disney Store where you can spend an hour in. Or you can just stroll around.

Another vote for DTD. Granted, we had two little ones in tow, but DTD is so lovely at night, music is playing in a couple spots, you can grab some ice cream or some other treat as you wander and soak it all in.

We loved our nightly walk through DTD after park closure. On days we weren't so exhausted we'd take our time, sit and people-watch and listen to the music. Other nights we'd go back to the hotel and swim in the pool, or relax in our room. The boys would watch a little TV, and I'd write in my journal about the events of the day. :goodvibes

Another vote for Lost Bar. After park hours it is a great place to make new friends, grab a bite to eat and an "adult" beverage;-) Also CMs seem to gather there after work so it providesthe opportunity for a bit of gossip.
DTD is also good for the basics, eating, shopping and people watching...there is usually some sort of live music for listening.

First I think I need to check out the Lost Bar I have never been and it sounds fun! My bar of choice is UVA it is right in the center of DTD has good drinks and really nice appetizers for a late dinner or snack.

Another great idea is to see who is playing at the House of Blues, they have lots of great shows there and good food!

Last depending on when you are going the new Mall is opening and Disney will be having a tram that will take you right over. It will have lots of shops and more dining.
