Any guests arriving November 1 to 30 receive FP+ testing invites?

So excited!! I am able to customize my MB and make FP+ selections now!! I don't check daily, so I just noticed yeterday!! :cool1:

We check in at CBR on 11/12 - does this mean that it's open to the general public now, since I thought CBR wasn't a participating resort?

I can access fast pass plus but because I only have two tickets link (our son is 16 months) in won't let me continue.....what to do?!?!?!

My son is 2 and doesn't need a ticket either. When I went to make our fp+ choices I just chose my husband and myself to make choices for and the system let me go on. Your son doesn't need a fp...he can go with you and your husband on any rides you make a fp+ reservation for. Good luck!
 

We check in late November. Everyday, I check MDE on several browsers and the mobile app. We are still not able to customize magic bands or make fastpass+ selections.

I know I'm really not the only one, but I'm starting to feel a little left out ;-)

Where are you staying? What does it say when you go into the MagicBands section?

You have to be 60 days out or less. Hang in there. It should appear for you soon.
 
We don't check in until November 28, so I still have a few days. But, I've been reading posts about other people being able to customize before the 60 day mark.

Actually, I read a post similar to mine a few days ago. The next day, that person posted that they were able to customize. So, I thought if I posted, maybe my luck would change!

We are staying at VGF. The link in MDE still says "Manage Magic Bands and Cards." When I click on the link, I see cards from previous trips.

I know I'm not supposed to get FP+ yet. When I click on that link, the calendar briefly shows the current week and the first week of December, then I get the "not in eligible fastpass window" error.
 
We check in Nov 29 at AKV Jambo and I was able to customize our bands yesterday. I still can't to FP+ but I discovered an interested glitch in the MDE app. Under My Plans in the MDE app select a day and then Add Plans. From there select Add to My Plans and Select Fastpass+ Experiences and then Make your fastPass+ selections. After I select the people who are eligible it shows that nothing is available at any of the park but if I select FastPick and then one of the first two options, it selects Epcot as the park (always Epcot, I can't get it to show any other park) and allows me to select FastPass+ for Epcot for any of my stay. I can't change the park once my selections are done but this has allowed me to get my Epcot FastPass+ done before my window officially opens up.

Weird. Looks like VGF is testing in late October so you should be able to do it. Maybe it will get loaded sometime here shortly. I know someone that was staying at someplace like CBR and they were able to customize their bands a day or two after I could, and they were checking in around the same time. I am still 63 days out and I could customize at 65 days. I get the same thing you do when I check FP+, so I know I won't be able to do that until 60 days. I would keep checking on the MBs.

Kind of strange. Sounds like a glitch on your account, since myself and others that check in around the same time get a screen that looks like this:

At first it shows some dates that I'll be at WDW underneath the top dates, and then they disappear. I would think at 60 days everything should work out for you though.

That's what I get on the website as well but when I go through the app and do FastPicks it allows me to select but ONLY on the app and ONLY with FastPicks (and I can't do FastPicks for my entire stay). I would be interested to know if anyone else can do this through the app.
 
This is all getting so confusing! Our check in date is 11/30 and I was able to customize MB a few days ago. I should be able to check in online this Monday. So far so good, right? Wrong. :crazy2: Last night I ordered our park tickets online (on the MDE site) and for delivery option, I chose standard mail. Now I can't link the tickets on MDE.

Just spoke to someone in tech support. If I had chosen the "will call" option for my tickets, I would have been able to link the tickets using the will call confirmation number. As it stands now, I have to wait until I receive my tickets (about fourteen days from now) then go to MDE and enter the number on the back of the actual tickets to link them on MDE. Only then will I be able to do FP+.

So, long story short, from what I can understand, if you plan on purchasing park tickets via MDE, choose the will call option and then you will be able to link your tickets and get FP without having to wait for the actual tickets in the mail. Hope that makes sense!

It shouldn't take the 14 days for you to get your tickets. I did the same thing since I didn't want to deal with will call, and our tickets were here in a couple of days! Will keep my fingers crossed you get your fast too!! :thumbsup2

Is this where you're tapping on FastPicks? Is this what you're seeing, with the parks saying "Not Available"?

We are going down from November 29 - Dec 7 and I just checked MDE and went under Profile and then Friends and Family and when I chose myself and then **** MagicBands adn Cards it said This guest has no Magic Bands.

Did I do something wrong?
