Another VISA question

O.K., we are not Disney VISA holders. We've received offers, but they never looked as good as the old Disney Club benefits, until now. So, given that I may have thrown away the offer for the buy 4 get 3 free package, how do I get it back? Calling the VISA application number found on the on-line application page doesn't help because the operators swear they don't know what offer I am talking about (and they might not). They offered me a watch or a set of Lion King pictures. Does anyone have an idea?

The people at 1-800-300-8575 know about it. Ask for the 7 nights for 4 deal. If nothing else, you would qualify for the new room only rates that just came out if they are in your travel time.
