We went to the state capital in 5th grade. One day. 5AM to 10PM. That was fun. Me and my friends had a blast on the bus getting there. It was so early so we made beds all over the floor and seats and sprawled out. 5th grade was so much fun...the whole class was friends. Then we went on a tour of the Capital Building (fun) to the Art Museum (that was fun. I mean, a bunch of 5th graders running around a fancy Art Museum. How could it not be?) Governor's Mansion (thank GAWD I didn't know about Huckabee back then or I would have been sick being so near his house.
) Oh and McDonalds. It really was a blast.
Then I went to the uhh...Heffer International? Farm thing place in 6th grade. It's some place that sends animals to starving families in Africa? Not quite sure, it was part of my gifted and talented class. Not really fun at all. We had to shovel buffalo poop and milk goats. Plus, I didn't have many friends in that class so I just wondered around talking to strangers. 8AM - 5PM
Yep, that's it. Well.....we went to watch a Chinese Art Show in 9th grade (again, for gifted and talented) but that was just a town over so it doesn't count.
Blechh, my grammar was awful in this post.
Ahh, Heiffer International.
Can't live with it, can't live without it....
I'd say something, but it's an inside joke, so I'll refrain xD
