Another huge # of Aulani contract threads

Bob from DVCforless.com here - Fidelity's site seems to be having a few issues that I expect they'll correct over the coming days. The same thing happened a few months ago as well. Over the past few days it appears all of their listings were removed and re-added. In addition, as those listings were re-added, many brand new and seemingly mistaken listings were added as well. The mistaken listings were either duplicates or were missing data such as use-year, and available points. Our system is filtering out the mistaken listings but you may see some quirks, including a mismatch of totals, and alerts for new listings, which in fact are not new. I'm sorry, this is out of our control. As I mentioned, this happened once before and Fidelity quickly resolved the issue. Once things have settled down on their end we'll do our best to restore the history data.
Have there been any reported issues with www.dvcresalemarket.com as well? I see a contract listed 5 days ago (NOT Aulani) that hasn't been picked up on www.dvcforless.com

Just tossing this out there - I'm mostly under the belief that the brokers who glutted the resale market with Aulani back in Fall were under pressure to divest themselves from obvious commercial renting, which is forbidden in the T&C. I wonder if there was some need to simply get those Aulani off their books and move them some place else? Again just speculation. But beyond the website issues (it's been weeks since you could search fidelity by resort), I think there's something more up here right now, as the influx of new contracts is AUL.

I don’t know the numbers… I’m sure someone does. I wondering if Disney makes more money off cash rooms at Auani than elsewhere? That could make them more serious about not allowing people to violate the t&c’s there because it affects their bottom line more. Also they are actively selling there, many people might not see a financial incentive to buy there when they can rent rooms cheap. So it could hurt them in that way as well. Just a thought
