Another 600+ pt contract for sale at TTS

Hmmm, a 666 point contract going for $66 a point. I wonder if the seller is a numerologist or something; maybe otherwise superstitious. Just bizarre. As I recall, the 600 point contract did disappear fairly soon after it was posted.

Now I think I see the benefit of buying multiple smaller contracts.

Contracts like that I would think Disney would take in a heart beat, wouldn't they be able to split them up and sell them for alot more tham 66 a point, they would probably offer 62 or something and the seller would be happy to get rid of such a huge debt!

I was looking at the Resalers sites yesterday and one of them had 700 point BCV Contract! Price was $54,000!

All I could think of was who was their guide! Im sorry but I don't see one benefit in owning a contract that large. That many points Yes, 1 contract NO!

Disney pays the closing (Im sure it wasnt a resale) so why not split it up in half or quarters?

On contracts that big, I bet some major corporation owned them and is selling them. Maybe something like IBM so they could use it as perks for their employees.

Darn, I wish the major corporation I work for had perks like that! Our better perks include, some matching of 401K contributions and charitable contributions; oh yeah, and getting to keep my job, that's a major one too!

I'll bet this contract belongs to a person, not a company tho.

AFAIK, Disney waits until an offer is tendered, then decides to buy it or not. 600 pts would probably be more attractive to Disney than 4 150 pt contracts, but it all depends on the price and what people have agreed to add-on...24 twenty-five point add-ons will eat up disney's profit quickly when they really want to push SSR&S.
