Ok here is my situation......

I currently have an AP for Disneyland and i plan on getting an AP for my upcoming first ever trip to wdw May8th-23rd. Im just wondering if i will get a discount on my WDW AP since i have a DL AP.

Or is there an AP good for both WDW and DL???

Sorry, but no, on both accounts. Each resort is treated separate with regard to APs.

The answer to both questions is no.

The only discounts on Walt Disney World Annual Passes are for DVC members, and FL Residents.

And unfortunately, there's no reciprocity with the Disney park annual passes.

But > if you renew your AP you get a small discount. But > the renewel's now start on the day of renewel not the day of activation (they used too). So you have to determine if the renewel price is worth it vs. the days you might not be using.
