I just picked up my annual passes from TDS ... except they ordered the wrong ones for me. They forgot to ask for the passes with the Disney Club discount. The manager told me that I would have to pay for the passes in full and when I exchanged them at WDW I could ask them to refund the difference in price between the DC price and the regular price.
Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm pretty upset since it was the store's fault and I even gave them my DC # prior to ordering the passes.
