Bonzie...I definitely think it is okay to stay in a standard view room...I mean in all reality, how much time do you really spend in the room? If you like to be at the parks, then sure, no problem!! One of the main reasons we had a Savannah view is because we have small children (4 and 2) who we thought might like to see the Animals any time we came back to the room! As far as seeing the animals, they have viewing areas everywhere at AKL...Not to worry, you will see plenty of them! LOL I hope you have a great time while staying there!!
