How’s your weather this fall?

We are definitely experiencing 2nd Summer here in Montreal. It’s kind of like Summer never really left at all, but today and tomorrow are just splendid and HOT! It’s 84 and 90 with the humidity. So glad we didn’t close the pool, we put the heater on and I floated a few hours, by tomorrow it should heat up some more. The nights are still cool.

FANTASTIC...best October in 3 years...cold mornings in the 70s and 90s at sunset very doable....alas our Yuma desert had much needed rain.2023 last rain... BUT...the flying biting bugs love it also.. have to wear spray and long clothes.... summer is getting closer and closer

it's finally feeling like it-nice and cool. we had some late/unusual heat (and way too much smoke ). it's 12:30 pm right now and running 55 degrees so today is a continuation of yesterday's projects of pulling items from the veggie garden to prep/freeze and weed wack some overgrowth. waiting for some more of the leaves to fall before we trim away some tree/large bush branches but we already have on the calendar for this month-late fall/pre-winter lawn and bush treatments, sprinkler blow-outs and pest servicing.

I think we are into second false fall.

We already had a period of low 70s days followed up by several weeks of summer temps in the 90s.

Now we are back in the 70s to low 80s.

There will of course be another summer in a few weeks as it is not unusual to have temps in the 90s late into November.

85 here in Chicago area today. A cooler start to September, very pleasant. Past 4 weeks have been very hot, upper 80's, a few lower 90's. Suppose to cool a bit later in he week.

I am at my regular spots where I camp this time each year and it has been consistently warmer than usual so far. I think some cooler weather is coming for a few days and then it's warming up again.

Not complaining because it's been wonderful camping, biking and kayaking weather so I'm happy.

One of my FB friends/ childhood neighbour just posted a photo in the pool in Montreal. Enjoy the second summer.

Here is Vancouver is sunny and comfortable but not hot. It is cool in the morning but warms up later in the afternoon. No rain forecasted until late in the week.

Thank you. We do have rain one day coming. I think we have had 3 days of rain all summer. Serious drought

It’s incredible really.
Each week I say this is my last swim/flost. But there is more.

The leaves are hardly falling or changing color. Nature is confused. I’ll take it as long as it lasts. I don’t think I recall a fall starting this way, but we do know snow is coming (lol) that’s a definite.

It's been overly warm, in the 80s for the past few days. Before that, we has a couple of cooler days and a few more cooler days are coming, but yeah. I'm ready to get my hoodies out.

Beautiful, typical autumn weather for the past month or so, here in the Rockies. The days are sunny, warm(ish) and dry and we're starting to get touched by frost overnight. The trees have mostly turned but they are holding their leaves pretty well. It hardly ever rains here in the fall but we wouldn't be shocked by snow anytime now.

Lakes Region New Hampshire here...just about every day has been sunny with blue skies and gorgeous foliage 70's every day and today 83!

If you are in the mid-Atlantic and an easy days drive, this is the fall to take a driving trip to New England!

Sorry... inside edition TV said that this is the year that residents take back their streets....the welcome mat is gone....so like Disneyland... going to need another state to participate

Don't believe it! We are native Granite Stater's and the welcome mat IS open! There are a certain towns in VT that don't like tourists...disclosure DH's family in VT was given a land grant in the 1700's by my family from NH.

Hot and dry so far - we were out all day long yesterday on our friend's boat and it was like being on the lake in July. The lake water levels are really low, though. We need some rain badly.

Yes, same with the water levels. I was at the lake over the weekend, many could not take their boats out due to low water levels.

Our neighbor up here has been pretty concerned. Our canal water level is really low and he's worried that his boat is already sitting on the bottom right now.
