hmmm.....i'm the evil mommy tonight!!!


Miss Meghan decided that she didn't care for what we were having......apple braised chicken (recipe from the WISH board ), green beans, and homemade applesauce....so she chose not to eat dinner......NOW she seems to think she should be able to have a chocolate chip cookie......


and of course my response is "nothing to eat until breakfast".....who do you think it going to win this one???

Well I finally made it "home" ..... thank for the link Gail !!
Had to catch up on 6 pages of chatting and as E has already mentioned it was slooooow going !

LK ..... bailing and wet vacuuming about 2 inches of water out of my basement once - along w/ dealing with all the soggy "stuff" was enough for me to vow to turn off those faucets after every use !

Now I have to go look for BowlingCon pictures ... server permitting !

Marsha - pretty good remembering what my DH does. They just call it a U.S. Marshal and they are employed by the federal govt. The movie w/ Tommy Lee Jones has a little bit more excitement than what he does everyday. Hope you get your car back soon!

Steph - my DS insisted he wanted gum for his snack tonight even though I kept telling him to have something else. After 5 minutes of chewing, he started complaining. Guess who isn't getting another snack?! Mommies unite!

Gail - LOL at your toll booth stories! I can just picture it!

MP - glad you have some drugs in your system now.

Spb - you finally made it to our new home! grab a drink and make yourself comfortable.

My back is hurting me today. I don't know if I slept differently, or if BowlingCon is catching up to me. The signs of old age.

So what were the good sales at Target today? DH and I were there this afternoon and I didn't notice any special sales. Too bad. We rarely get there because it is not close by.

Rainy today, but mild. The cold weather is supposed to hit us Wednesday.

As I'm sitting here in a hotel in beautiful downtown Bethlehem, PA (company meetings next few days that start early and end late so it was easier to stay over) I have the sloooowest connection. The meetings are back at the office so I may have to jump on at work tomorrow if I get a moment.

John really is in the witness protection program.

And Steph sent me a PM that had to do with packing heat and PMS although I'm not quite sure there is a difference.

Hello!

LK told me to come over to this site, so here I am. Logan and I are thinking the same way, Laura. I checked for a elementary delay, it looks bad out there after Nick left for the high school. Hey I don't like to go it in it either. That must mean I have to stay home and scrub floors run the sweeper, laundry aready started...etc..etc...


Anyway this seems like a great site!
