Actually I don't mind the cold... I mind the snow and gray skies. Today was kind of pretty... just get the ice off the roads and it would have been perfect.

Ugh, nothing in the house for dinner... and I don't want to go back out. I think delivery is in order

I just got my vacation dates confirmed at work and hornswaggled a lower rate at the Dolphin.
A lot can happen in 6 months but I'm excited already!

I think we are getting the house..........Town House, that is. I went for a look see today and gave hime the 500 refundable deposit. We picked an end unit, and I am making them redesign the kitchen so the sink isn't in the breakfast bar counter. I asked the salesperson - "What MAN dedigned this? Only if he was thinking that he could fill the sink up with ice to keep the beer cold, so he wouldn't have to walk 4 more steps to the fridge." We have decided against the fireplace, it is 4K and all show (gas). Don't think it will increase the resale value by 4K. Prelimiary info from the mortgage co is it will be a go, provided we get rid of the CC debt that we used to move here, which Pete is going to submit the reciepts for on Thursday, so we will have that next week. He already starts traveling, tomorrow to Cambridge, Thursday to a 5pm demo/meeting near his office, then plans are for Norfolk Naval Station (hmmmm, same place, different company) and Denver this month. He gets to go to Germany in MArch (the company he works for is a German firm). No complaints from me on his being out of my hair at lastz1

The laundry thread was very funny, ezpecially the remark about how doing it your self is not as much fun as when the DH isd available for assistance...... LOL Stephanie!

It's getting cold, I dread doing dog duty at 3am. Send electric clothing.
