We started calling this morning at 9:00am. My wife and I used 4 phones trying both the 800 and 407 number.We got nothing but busy signals and recorded messages about your call can not go through until 11:14am on one phone and 11:18 on a second phone. We waited on hold for about 25 minutes to get a cast member and hang up the second line.We wanted a 1bd mk view but got a 1bd lake view.I guess the CMs worked hard today.I wonder if they brought in extra CMs for the high volume of calls? I doubt it!Good luck to everyone else!

After about 90 minutes dialing with two and sometimes three phones, I finally got through on my cell phone while driving to go out to see our horses. I was so afraid the signal would be dropped, I made my DH pull over and sit in a McDonald's parking lot until I got a MS rep. OK, I had a sausage McMuffin while waiting.

We did have a triumphant end to all the teeth gnashing over busy signals...all we wanted was two nights in a treehouse for my husband's birthday in October so my sisters could come join us for a much overdue family reunion...and that's exactly what we got! What a great birthday celebration to look forward to!

We finally got through after 4 hours. We went out to do some running around and I decided to try, just in case. My DW said, "Don't call now, I left the member ID number at home." I called anyway and got through. We waited on hold for 35 minutes. In that time, I was able to drive back home and retrieve our member ID number. We will be staying at THV 12/19-12/24 and BLT 12/25 and 12/26. It was worth the wait My DW is so happy she's registering her own DisBoard ID now, dumbo4evr. Now we can enjoy our Disney vacation in 5 days!
