This is getting beyond frustrating. I hope I get a random survey when (if) I ever get through.

I'd like to know who the idiot was that approved moving BLT up to Feb 8. If they wanted to move it up, they could have moved it up to Feb 15, kept Feb 22 for non-SSR owners at THV, and Mar 1 for non-BLT owners at BLT.
But that would have been too sensible!

I imagine Feb 22 will be just like today for non-SSR and non-BLT owners.

We started calling at 9 eastern, got through at 10:11, and finished my booking at 9:46. Have a Tree House Villa from Aug. 16-21, and added in the fact that we're a grand gathering.

FYI. They can advance your points if you have an November or December use year, but you have to ask they "advance" them as there is no contract to borrow into yet. Either way MK view at BLT reserved after only two hours on the phone.

Finally am on hold after 2 hours and 5 minutes of redialing on 2 phones. Please keep your fingers crossed that I get the dates. I am sooooo nervous....I can't take it. I am going to need a vacation after going through this. My whole extended family is counting on me to make this happen. I am sending myself some pixie dust I hope it works!

Finally through and got a BLT studio (standard view) for Nov 1-7!!! (MK view sold out for Nov 2). Yay!!!

I starting trying at 8:59am EST... got through once around 11:00am, but then got disconnected. Started calling again, and got through to the old queue at 11:18am. (So 2 hours with nothing but busy, the disconnected once and another 20 mins before getting through).

I'm about 15 mins into my hold ("up to 25 minutes").. wishing for a BLT MK Studio in early December, but worried they are gone already based on reading the other posts. Keeping my fingers crossed.
