Still at 135 this morning. I had to take DD to her Family Math Night yesterday and I was so rushed to get dinner on the table so we wouldnt be late. And I was doing awesome until we got there. They had a center where you had to eat a wafer, a frosted animal cracker and an oreo and vote for which one you liked best. And of course I couldnt disappoint DD by not participating! We both voted for the wafer
And to make matters worse, she won a door prize which was a book and a giant Hershey bar! Geez, just when I am finally almost rid of the Hershey Kisses, now this
This Sunday is our SuperBowl party. I wont be drinking alcohol since my *$&#% ex would not let me pick the kids up early and I will have to leave in the middle of the game to pick them up (leave at 5:30 and get back at 6:30pm game starts at 4:30). Hes such a selfish jerk and constantly reminding me why I divorced him in the first place!
Anyway
we are having carne asada w/corn tortillas, homemade salsa, chili-n-cheese dip w/chips, pretzels, a veggie tray and some cookies or brownies. NO mixed nuts I cant have those things around the house! I got to the gym again (and survived the BFL treadmill experience) and drank 100oz of water, 2 cups of green tea, a DC:
6:15am: Egg beaters; Oatmeal
8:30am: Balance Trail Mix Bar
11:30am (@ work class): Turkey w/Mustard and Provolone on Wheat; Carrots (10 baby)
2:30pm: Egg Whites (4); Banana
5:45pm: Chicken; Wheat Spaghetti; Cauliflower
8:30pm: FF Cottage Cheese; FF Yogurt
WORKOUT: Walking (40min); Weights (30min); Treadmill (30min)
RESISTED: Cookies and Chips at class; Tootsie Rolls (I have developed a very unhealthy obsession with those things!)

Beth, isn't it funny how we sometimes don't do things for ourselves but we do them to prove we can do it to others?!? Whatever it takes, I'm not picky..

We ended up going to Outback AND Baskin Robbins (DH's idea) and of course I had 2 martinis...
And I justified it all by telling myself that I am not that overweight and DH thinks I look good. Why can't I tell myself that kind of stuff when the scale jumps up a few lbs? Which it did by the way, I was at 137 this morning. I know it is water since I didn't eat all that bad. But regardless I will be behaving for the most part on Sunday, but enjoying one cheat meal during the party. 

. So we went to get some and I DID NOT TOUCH IT!!!!!!!!!! I put it in the fridge in the garage to save it for my free day today.
I am so excited that I did that!!! Of course I did sneak in a NF chai latte, but I got a tall instead of a grande.
I also had a glass of wine with dinner, but stopped at one. SO overall, I think I did pretty good! I plan on grazing off that cheesecake all day
- since I've been eating healthy I've found I can't eat one piece in a single sitting anymore... I drank 100oz of water; 8oz Light Cran Juice; Tall NF Chai Latte; 1 glass White Wine:
But it was my free day and I'm not going to stress out about it. I woke up at an appalling 139, but I know I will be back down to 135 by the end of the week. As much as I hate seeing that high of a number, it is only temporary. I bought some Chai Latte mix from Starbucks so I can make my own at home! I will save it for Sundays. I did manage to get in 100oz of water, 2 glasses of wine, 16oz NF Chai latte and a DC:
Glad you had a great time & everything worked out well with the kids. Hopefully, today we're back to normal. Great job on resisting that darn cheesecake.
I got to the gym yesterday and worked out pretty hard. I have been doing the BFL cardio since last week but regular weights (since I am seeing some pretty good results in my upper body why change it). Eating was perfect, except I didnt eat my mid-morning snack I must have still been full of hummus and tabbouli
I am going to kick butt this week with my BFL eating.
That was my mental goal. I really do need to get out of the weekend gain/weekday loss cycle
Maybe someday Ill learn!

I had to get an endometrial biopsy yesterday and I had a lot of discomfort afterwards so I didnt get to do my workout and didnt feel like cooking a healthy dinner. But I didnt go overboard and it obviously paid off! I feel fine this morning and plan on going to the gym today and tomorrow, and that will be my 3x for the week. I got in my 100oz of water, 16oz of Diet V8 Splash, 2 cups green tea and DC:
I have to work on losing some new weight, not the same 3-5lbs Ive been losing for the past 8 months
I cant believe my cruise is only 4 weeks away!
