I was back to 135 this morning!

I finally behaved myself yesterday (as in no Hershey Kisses or fortune cookies). There are only 3 Kisses left, I am going to eat them on Sunday and be done with them. They were from DDs Christmas stocking. My kids just arent big candy eaters, which is a good thing. I got to the gym and I did my cardio BFL style. That is TOUGH!

Today when I go I will be doing the treadmill BFL style. I am anticipating a near-death experience

I drank 100oz of water; 2 cups green tea; 8oz of Light Cranberry Juice (I really hate this stuff!); a DC:
6:15am: Egg beaters w/pinch of cheddar; Oatmeal
8:30am: Zone Bar
11:45am: Turkey Medallions-n-Mustard on Wheat; Broccoli
2:40pm: FF Cottage Cheese; Apple
6:30pm: Chicken; Sweet Potato w/Cinnamon & Butter Buds; Green Beans; 1 SF Crème Saver
8:30pm: FF Cottage Cheese; FF Yogurt
WORKOUT: Walking (40min); Weights (25min); Elliptical (30min)
RESISTED: Hershey Kisses, Tootsie Rolls we had a meeting in my bosss office and I was eyeballing the jar the whole time

Jane, can you believe we are halfway through Week #5? I will be busy this month, but I am determined to get under 130 for my cruise.

Now if I could just talk my body into cooperating...
