I am SO sick of Ameritech! Its such a long story and since I've had to go into details about 5 million times explaining the whole problem to them I probably won't write it all here. In short, they caused a problem with one of our phone lines, caused it to short multiple times and have them come out multiple times then said they couldn't fix it and to call someone else, which I did, and he fixed it in about 10 min, but cost me $70 and told me Ameritech caused the problem.
So, I called Ameritech to get reimbursed because it was their fault. She told me to fax in the receipt, which I did in MAY and it would be no problem. Anyway, 3 months later it still isn't resolved. They've rejected the Claim transferred me to 50 different departments all of which couldn't help me. Finally someone gave me a phone number to a Claim dept and I opened a Claim to look into why it was rejected. They were supposed to call me back (this was over a month ago) and of course no one did. Unfortunately, I misplaced that phone number...does anyone have a Claim dept phone number for Ameritech?
I called the regular billing dept today and after arguing for 20 min he finally said he'd credit it only after I told him they already lost my business. I'm calling tomorrow to check though, because who knows if he actually did. This is SO annoying!
Ok, well thanks for letting me vent. Anyone else have problems with them?
