America's Got Talent Finale

I didn't get home in time last night to see Prince Poppycock perform. I did see a couple of mistakes made by Fighting Gravity.

I hope that Prince Poppycock or Fighting Gravity win tonight. I like Michael Grimm but I wouldn't pay to go see him in Vegas. I might buy a CD.

Jackie has an amazing voice but I hope that she does not win. Granted, her voice is amazing but if you put a grown up in her place the wow factor would not be there. Remember the runner up from last season? She was good too but needed something more to her act than just standing there and singing.

Jackie has a lot of growing up to do ahead of her, more voice lessons, etc. I believe that Sharon said that she was real expressive. I found her arm movements quite distracting and affected. She has so much to learn, what the words of the songs she is singing mean. I would hate to see her ruin her voice before she realizes her potential.

One thing I am glad about. All of the final four are good and an improvement over last season's winner.

With all that being said, I'm going to flip over from the Big Brother finale during the last 10 minutes to see who wins.

LOL thanks. Most of my passion has to do with the fraud that is Kevin Skinner winning it last year. That would be 2 years in a row where a straight up singer won and I just can't handle that. Singers are not Vegas acts unless they have some flair to their acts like a Poppeycock.

Last year was the only year I didn't watch--what happened with Kevin Skinner? While we're at it, what happened with the winner the year before--large man--opera singer?

I have been a Poppycock fan all along and hope that last night's performance didn't lose it for him...I think most people had made up their minds before last night and unless their was an phenomenal performance they wouldn't probably change it. I didn't see that phenomenal performance from anyone. Jackie will probably win it, but I hope not.

Nothing happened with Skinner, that's the problem. He hasn't done anything!! He's not a good singer.

I think you just like to argue. Makes it hard to take you seriously on any threads. Other people have their own opinions. And mine was that tonight was AWESOME! Felt bad for PP. I did really like him. I thought Fighting Gravity would be 4th.
