How weird that Bucky said a while ago that he would pull out of the competition at #8 and he did.

Well, it hasn't taken long for Nashville to try and get Bucky. This was clipped/copied from a post on the AI boards:

"in Buckys hometown we heard on the radio this morning that he signed a 2 year contract with Travis Tritt and will be opening for him at all his concerts"

I also read where Sawyer Brown was also trying to get a hold of Bucky to hire him - apparently their lead singer wants to go solo - I'm no country music fan so I don't even know who this band is.

Go Bucky! I have a feeling that he's going to make it big. I sure hope so - I love Bucky! He's getting a lot of post AI exposure. He was on Leno last night, and he'll be on Ellen and Regis & Kelly on Monday. Got my Tivo set!

Sawyer Brown is a great band and if you ever saw there lead singer perform you would be amazed....he has so much energy....they have some big songs....dirt road, the walk (my personal favorite), some girls do, the race is on.....I dont see Bucky as there lead singer....I do see him opening for Travis Tritt

Bucky & Taylor are the two out of the competition who appear to be real down-to-earth friendly people who enjoy what they do. Some of the other contestants (Ayla for example) had to work too hard to make it look natural. I wish Bucky all the best - seems that he will do just fine!!

When they show Bucky's wife and Chris' wife, I can't help but wonder, what the fame will do to their marriage.

I don't care how talented my DH was, I think it would kill me if he became famous like that. Look at the signs in the audience. Marry Me Chris. (um hello, he IS married). There are just people in the world who want what they want, and don't care about anything else. Concert groupies are those people. I hope as they find fame, they stay true to their wives. I hope their wives can find the strength to put up with it all.

She was the All-Star basketball player from Boston. She was voted out before hitting the ig stage. REALLY tall! I really liked her and was surprised to see her go that early... again, song choice!

Have you looked at your Avatar lately? You look EXACTLY like a mime. In fact, if I squint and look at your avatar you look like Peter Criss from KISS without the buff abs.
