He sat and talked to him for awhile. My son is VERY shy so this was a big thrill for him, but he said Jason was just as shy and nice as he seems. When he showed me the picture I was hysterical!!

Nice story Robinrs. I think one of the reasons I really liked Jason, besides his singing, was that he seemed like such a nice guy. That is sweet news about the baby. I bet he will be a good father.

No no NO my son didn't draw the pic... he can't draw a straight line!!

His promoters were selling them for $5 apiece and all the girls bought them. He gave this one to my son for FREE. Michael still talks about how "chill" he was... supposedly the UTMOST compliment.

Wednesday night info about Lauren and Scotty

Carrie Underwood will pick a song for Lauren. George Strait will pick a song for Carrie. They will each pick one of their favourites from the season and will also each sing their singles. Lauren's is off of Kristy Lee Cook's album. Can't say it is very catchy. Scotty's is "Love you this big" but I haven't heard it.

Wow, it really is an all country final. Not exactly my type of music but at least they brought in big names to help. Even I appreciate George Strait. His voice is so smooth and I like that old song of his about 'All His Exs Live in Texas'.

Lee DeWyze has not been asked to perform at the finale and will not be there. Is this the first time the reigning Idol has not been invited to perform at the finale?

It doesn't say that he will be there or that Carrie will be there. Just that they are picking songs.

They may be there but I haven't seen that anywhere so far.

The record label is promoting their artist(s). Nothing more, it's just business.

And for all you Jason fans, he recently said in an interview that Scotty has been his favorite from the beginning and he is rooting for him to win!
