I'm happy that it was a non-elimination round. Even though Rachel and Brendan knew they were in last place (and didn't know that it was a non-elimination round), she didn't break down and cry. They really helped turn it around for Margie and Luke. She made the "It's not fair" comment, but she's come a long way. Even though she has gotten on my nerves over the years (I'm a Big Brother watcher), I have a soft spot for them because I feel like I "know" them. Also, as much as I disliked the Afghanimals last season, they're not bothering me at all this season.

The only teams I don't like are the country girls -- and Jessica and John are just so boring to me, so they can go.

This probably won't be popular to say, but the father/son team irk me a little. They're just so, I don't know, dorky.

I don't like Luke. At all. He comes across as a beat who is allowed to act that way because he is deaf.

Luke is the grown spoiled brat who never got disciplined as a child. Mommy should have broke her foot off in his rear a long time ago. Can't wait to see him go.

I agree. It seems his mothered ruined him and never let him grow up and fend for himself. I hope that bar invoiced him for breaking those glasses. And made him clean up his mess.

I thought what he did seemed pretty bad when he broke the glasses, but thenm I thought about it and I really do not know enough about deaf peopel to feel it was wrong. Most people would scream out frustration that might be hard. His is mother did have him clean it up thought that was propper.

If you listen to Phil describe where the pit stop is he will either say that the last team to check in will either BE eliminated or MAY BE eliminated you can usually tell. I am also a Big Brother fan and didn't like Rachel. However the last time she was on Big Brother and won I thought she was very strategic and deserved to win. I didn't care for them the last time they were on AR, but hope they go far this time as they are working well together and she isn't whining and crying this time.

There are also lots of times where Phil says that the last team to check in may be eliminated and then they really are so that's not always a reliable indicator for a non-elimination leg. What IS the indicator is when the last team gets on the mat and Phil doesn't say "you're the last team to check in and I'm sorry to tell you that you HAVE been eliminated." Instead he'll just tell them they're the last team and then he shuts up and lets them assume the worst.


I'm still rooting for the cowboys and the Globetrotters but I'm finding it VERY strange that Brenchel and the Afghanimals aren't annoying me like they used to.

I don't know who I want to win, my beloved cowboys, or the afghanimals! I really like both teams, but wouldn't be surprised to see the father and son, can't remember their names? Not a fan of the dad, but I do like the son. The dad just kinds of irritates me.

Can't imagine wearing panty hose while dealing with the crazy humidity they encounter in some of these countries. :scared1

Could totally tell they weren't getting eliminated by Phil's demeanor when they got to the mat. Can't imagine that they weren't thinking that maybe it would be non elimination leg. It was obviously coming, they do it every season around the same time?

It was at the garment factory. They had to silkscreen flags on tshirts. Much harder than it sounds as it had to be lined up "just right".
