Had dinner at Amare at the Swan Reserve tonight. Limited menu, but good food and friendly service. Wasn't terribly crowded. But if you're thinking Amare must be in that cool space with the big windows on the top floor (as we did), you'd be wrong. Very cool hotel, though. Great looking bar on the same floor as the restaurant.

So TRUE!
We dined there last week. Not crowded at all, really didn't need our ADR. As a Signature, was expecting it to be more upscale than it is. They do a lot of take out pizzas ( we were seated near the kitchen). the menu, while very limited was still very good. Very nice wine list. Wonderful service and were very happy with the food.
However; we also expected it was at the top of the resort and took the elevator up to the top. That area is CLOSED. No idea when it will open, but should have amazing views. Amare is on a low floor of the resort. Very disappointing, no view.
