Am I too late for a Jan 2006 discount?

May be going the week of Jan 21st - yes, 2006. Will stay on-site, values fine but will upgrade with the right deal. Two adults, two "juniors" - ages 10 & 11 (turns 12 that week).

Should I go for a Magic Package or price everything separately at this point?

I would go with AAA - it's the only discount you'll get right now. Are your kids good eaters? If so, dining plan may be better for you if you do a lot of table service.
