Just wanted to pop in and say that we just got back from our trip and we are 1000% IN LOVE with AKL! It will be well over a year (most likely) until we get to go back but we will definitely be returning to AKL! We were in room 5457 (AKV Studio in Jambo) and it was so perfect I'm going to request it the next time we go!

Anyone have the November outdoor movie schedule or activities guide? When I do a search, I can only find the October schedule. Thanks!

I am excited! Just booked a 9 day stay in May for a Deluxe Studio Savanna View in Jambo House.

There are a TON of questions I have, but before I bombard y'all with them I'm going to have to read this thread from post #1 to see if they are already answered.

Anywho, I love animals and am excited to have the opportunity to stay here! With all of the FP+ mess, I decided to book a resort where I'd be happy to spend an entire day if we only went to the parks half of the time we usually do and AKL was my first thought!

Hi gang! I've been off the thread for a few months (since my last AKV stay in March) but just today was able to switch my December trip from SSR to AKV WOO HOO!!! This will be my 3rd Jambo & 2nd Kidani trip, and I just can't get enough.

Can't wait to read the thread & catch up on what I've been missing!

im so excited ive literally just booked 14 nights at akl savannah view for next year for my disneymoon. Ive been to disney 13 times now and only ever stayed at all stars so this is a massive change for us yaaaay

So excited! Just booked a savanna view studio at Kidani for 6 nights in Sept/Oct 2014!

We are renting kidani and then Jambo - each for 3 nights. Can anyone tell me what I should bring? Will I need to bring towels? (We're 7 people in 2 bedroom kidani and then 5 people in one bedroom Jambo). What about coffee? Anyone know what kind/size coffee filters or pods etc? We will be on meal plan so will have our mugs but I hear we could end up a zillion miles from lobby (and coffee!) I will bring laundry soap. Are there hair dryers? Hmmmm...

They will have towels but these are not refreshed daily meaning you have to use the same towel. As for the coffee makes its a 12 cup mr coffee type maker. There are hair dryers.
