So both cards are now done. Shell, Metro and Michaels online for me (Michaels has posted already even though I haven't picked it up yet) and Shell, Metro and Dollarama for my sisters card. I have stuff to get at Dollarama but now I will wait and see if any new promos pop up that I need a shop there to complete.

There has recently been a lot of talk of removing those dates due to not having anything to do with the food in the package.

Just a BTW…my best friends dad worked his entire career for a dairy. Dairy products are good for 7 days past the date. If unopened it can be longer. In the case of dairy the date is a best before. I miss when he was still working…I would be given bag fulls of dairy products, all for free.

I've been getting Metro cumulative offers that are pretty good. Get 200 when you spend $200 cumulatively over about 2 weeks. Anyone else?

I got one of those right after I got home from this weeks shop at Metro. We are in the States next week so I don't think I'll be making it to $200 before Oct 4. I do like that the offer is cumulative. Gives me a fight chance of accomplishing it (one day)

And back to the confusion over the dollarama vs Mastercard offer! This round doesn't specify that it requires the use of the BMO Mastercard- it says ANY CDN Issued Mastercard. I'm still planning on using only the main card with the BMO credit card though so I can maximize my return on gift cards with the 5 miles/ $25 spent on that credit card until November 6th (side note, I bought a $500 gift card last week and only earned 80 miles instead of the expected 100 so I'll toss in a chocolate bar or sumthin to bring the total to over $500)

ETA don't forget to OPT-IN and that it's only one offer per airmiles number, so I don't think using 2 different Mastercard (BMO and WestJet) will earn you 200 miles.

Anyone get their normal Metro points this week yet?

My store can take weeks - at times right up to the maximum 120 days to post, it's extremely hard to track. The individual stores need to submit info to head office before miles post. The only time I'll see miles post in a timely fashion is if I spend less than $20 in a single transaction in the middle of the week on more than one occasion, those seem to get triggered. Other ones that post "quickly" are any that don't appear on the receipt, like the threshold spend that come via the Airmiles app (side note, mine is still the spend $125 in a single transaction get 125)

That new Flash offer is going to be tricky for me to do. It's like they know I'm out of the country. But we will be crossing back into Canada on the 28th around dinner time. I could stop in at a Dollarama in Cornwall and complete the offer. Ahh the things I'll do for a 100AM.

I've taken to buying some of our snacks there! Then a thing or 2 for the gd - then a cute little seasonal thing for my office or home....and there is 20 bucks spent!!!!

Since it’s $30 to get the base 10 AM, I buy a $25 Tim’s gift card and use it for my morning coffee on the way to work. It’s money I’ll be spending anyways. Then make it up to over $30 with snacks or things I may need from there.

Mine posted today as well. I believe the dates to earn 1 AM at Metro and 1 at Shell were Sept 8-10.

Genius!!!!! OMG...why didn't I think of that!!!!

It has also been reported about the gc from Dollarama being tampered with and some have been not working. But that is a darn good idea!!!!
