Just call me a brain surgeon, Miranda..I knew you couldn't open the boxes yet and here I am trying to get you to pack what's inside them! LOL. You are a better woman than I waiting all this time and ending up with only a couple of days to pack. Something that might help if you hadn't thought of it..as Piper opened her Give stuff, I would take the box, write down the sender and their addy, then write down what was in the box..to help me not only with the updates, but with thank you notes when we get back as well. Also as I upload the pics to photobucket, I do one sender at a time, and label the pics with the sender's initials and the sequence number..ie..if I had sent you a box..I would label the picture of the boys opening it AM-1 ..then when you do the links to post them, you don't have to look at every pic, just the numbers. (That's what happens when you have 15 updates to do! LOL) It took me a while to come up with the system, but it does work well when you're trying to be somewhat fast! Anyway...less than two weeks..eeks!
Despite being told twice that Aidan's stroller had shipped two weeks ago, we found out today that it hadn't. In fact, it is on backorder for 8 weeks. Obviously we won't have it before our trip. They are trying to find a sales rep that has a demo. If they can find one, they'll ship us the demo to use until Aidan's stroller gets here at the end of April or beginning of May. I'm so upset. I have talked to them constantly, and they assured me that it was shipped. It sounds like they are trying to make it right, but with only 11 days left, I'm not so sure it will happen. Guess all we can do now is to hope for the best.
UPS delivered a package last night from Jennifer in MD! Then today, the mail lady brought a package from Shannon in TX! Thank you so much ladies! Only a week left and we'll be able to open them all and post pictures for you to see. I'm sure the boys are going to be so excited! And so will Addie. 
Now, so you don't have to go back in the PTR to figure out who Addie is, she is Aidan's baby doll. So, I sent Addie's information and measurements back, and they have included her in the Big Give. Now, I do not know what is in all of our packages so far, but I do know that one package was marked on the outside as "A little something for Addie". Aidan is going to be so excited that everybody included Addie in the Big Give. As if he wasn't already going to be excited enough! 
(I read somewhere that the DisBoutiquers have a 3 banana minimum.)

Thank you so much for the package! I cannot wait to see what's in it! I am not as strong as what you guys are making it seem! Hooray for packages! I cannot wait until you guys can open them and see what wonderful things you've been sent! I can't believe you're having such an easy time waiting..
Every day, I talk myself out of reasons for opening the packages or telling the boys. I think I've come up with all of them. "I need to know what we got so that I can pack", "The boys should know so that we can do DFN's", How can I plan our days if I don't even know what the boys want to ride?!", etc., etc. 
But somehow, I do always talk myself out of my twisted logic. It's getting easier now that we're down to 8 days, but trust me, I have been counting the days like Aidan counted down to his birthday. Oh, that's another one: "They need to know so that we can do a countdown calendar and chain." Our countdown chain would have 3 links. 
Of course, I'm also an expert procrastinator, so the need to rationalize was a necessary life skill! I was doing well not procrastinating on the planning and such, but now that crunch time is here, I have to admit it's getting harder! Ahh well, such is life!
More good news!!! While calling the sales reps to find a demo stroller, a sales rep in Georgia said they had a brand new one in the box!!!! They are shipping it today or tomorrow, and we should have it tomorrow or Monday!!! Of course, that's if everything goes as planned this time! But if it does, we'll have it for our trip! Wooohooo!
So glad the stroller is going to make it in time for the trip and only 8 days tell the big reveal!! Hang in there it's almost here.
