advice/input on fp+ and child swap

so we're headed for our first family trip in october. it is myself, DH, DS (9), and DD (14 months). my mom will be joining us, as well. i'm trying to figure out the best way to schedule fp+ and use child swap too. for example, in MK looking at enchanted tales, buzz, and mine train. DD obviously will not be able to ride mine train; how do i handle this as far as booking fp and utilizing child swap?

Book your FPs for two people for Mine Train. With the swap, three people will be able to ride the second time And one adult stays with DD.

Book a different ride with the other two people and then utilize swap there in the same manner as Mine Train.
