I know it shouldn't make a difference, but has anyone had better luck getting ADR's through MS instead of the WDW-Dine number?

I've only got one story, but it seems that I was able to get my request through MS when the regular dinning number said there was no availability. Last minute reservation (of course) trying to get dinner at Cali Grill on August 15 for 2 people. I was able to get a 5:45 pm reservation through WDW Dine but nothing later. I called MS about something else, and just for grins asked them about any openings. They were able to get me a 9:20 pm, which is what I really wanted. Woohoo. Now we'll see Wishes for DHs BD dinner....

BTW, the 800 number is nice...no long distance fee! That's a nice benefit.

This was the topic of a recent thread that you might want to look up. I have always used MS for my adrs and have gotten great service(we have been members since 1994, so we have done this since the system began). I have never had the horror wait time that others have complained about with WDWdine. I had them made my CP package dining for this year and I also had a 5 minute wait for my 180 day xmas week reservations for this year including NYE. It is one of the best perks we members have IMHO, adding to it is the 800 number advantage if wait times are longer.
