ADR System Upgrade - History

Oh that REALLY stinks if CM, CRT and V&A won't even be available at 180 (or 180+10) now. They really need to get something going here.

And yes, May hours please!!!!!

This does suck what a pain! We're going in April and I am so antsy to book our ADR's. With DH coming home from Iraq a few days before, this Disney planning is keeping my spirits up. I just feel like we're at a stand-still now!! GAH!

I hope your DH makes it home safely. Mr brother in law arrived yesterday from Iraq. He gets to be home for the holidays and then go back. We miss him so much when he is gone!

so they're really letting those of us going the last week in March go past 90 days? That sucks. And apparently we will be at 60 days by mid January. Great.

Yep I'll still be calling tomorrow early to see if just maybe but i'm thinking it'll be a NO ... here i am 90 days out today and can't book crap... I can't belive i may have to wait till 60 days out... 60!!!!!!

I am waiting on May and June hours. I am not too worried about ADR's since it is not like other people are making them and only I can't. I am interested in figuring out a plan for the parks though.

almost every day we're there, just so I know that we'll be able to go at least once for breakfast and once for dinner while we're there. At the rate it's going, we may be eating there everyday! UGH!! Karen

I made an April ADR for Chef Mickey's this evening, and the CM said that they still have no idea when the system would be ready; they're having problems with it. She said, at the earliest, expect nothing to change before sometime after New Year's.

This sure is frustrating, but what can ya do, I guess.

I just got off the phone with Disney and they said that it will be mid-Jan or late January before you can make ADR's for after March This is so not good for people who like to plan Anyone else in the same boat?

Unfortunately, it is true. There is a very lengthy thread about this same subject. Disney is going to implement a new Dining computer system. Initially, it was supposed to open up on December 22. Now, most posters are saying they were told mid to late January.

To find the Community Board, just go back to the page with the list of all the boards and scroll down near the bottom to the "Just for Fun" section. The CB is the first one listed there.

It's still down for everyone past March 22nd. The only exceptions are the 3 restaurants (V&A, CM's, and CRT), and you can only make ADRs for them through June 19th.
