Adr logistics gor NYE

We will be stating off property this trip, and will do 12/30 at HS and 12/31 at MK. I have been trying to book chef mickeys for breakfast on the 31st, and one just came available. 9:55 am though. I scheduled it, but now I'm wondering about the logistics. Originally we planned to eat at the wave at 730 am. Then head to the park. With a later ADR at chef mickeys, I thought we could go to the park and then take the monorail to breakfast. Then we could head back. I'm a little concerned about closures though, and how long it might take to get through breakfast. I am an AP, but my sister and her family are not.
Thoughts?

You won't be back at the MK gates until at least 11:20AM, or so.

That's taking a pretty big gamble, I'm afraid.

I will see ya 12/30 at DHS!!! I agree with Robo, as most smart people do! Since you are off-site your family with you is not AP, they are taking a serious risk of being shut out.

Shoot for 7:00-ish.

I don't know how busy the MK/TTC parking lot will be, nor how long the back-up of traffic will be, but be extra (EXTRA) prepared.

Arriving "far too early" beats arriving just a couple of minutes "too late."
This time of year can really present problems that are not generally a factor most times of year.

If I were you, I wouldn't do a sit down breakfast that day. The park will open to offsite guests at 8:00. If you have a breakfast ADR at 7:30, You won't get to MK until 8:30 or 9:00.
