I love 50's...can't wait for lunch!

Cousin Amy's Iceberg Lettuce Wedge (ranch dressing, bacon, and chives)

Mom's Old Fashioned Pot Roast (cooked 'til fork tender, served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, carrots, celery and onions)

50's Boston Cream Parfait (layers of chocolate fudge, vanilla cream, and pound cake topped with whipped cream)

Iced Tea w/ Lemon
 
Appetizer: grandpas crab cake

Entree: aunt Liz's golden fried chicken

Dessert: 50's Boston cream parfait

ENTREE: A Sampling of Mom's Favorite Recipes - Crispy-fried Chicken, Fork Tender Pot Roast, and Traditional Meatloaf with all the fixings.

DESSERT: 50's Boston Cream Parfait - layers of chocolate fudge, vanilla cream, and pound cake topped with whipped dream.

Entree: Tacos de Camarones (fried shrimp, chipotle-lime aioli, cabbage, lime and salsa verde, all served over flour tortillas served fresh homemade corn tortillas and rice)

Dessert: Mousse de Chocolate (chocolate mousse and almond brittle candy)

THIS .... except I would substitute the onion rings for the crab cakes. The Boston Cream parfait is amazing. Had this on the last trip ... so good!
