Additional Points Cost

Does anyone know, or has anyone added 100-150 points recently? I'd like to know the total amount owed and association fees.

We just added on another 150 in late march & here is the cost breakdown.....

Purchase Price - $14700.00

Total Down - $2670.00

Remaining Balance - $12030.00

Dues for 2006 are $3.98 per point for a total of $597.00 for 2006, but, they were prorated to $348.25 (I think)

We just added 130 points on Friday at SSR. With the current promotion, we paid $90 a point for a total of $11,700. The downpayment was $1274. Dues are about $4 a point. We also got 2 free Annual Passes.
